MTG Health and Wellness Inc. is a registered 501 (c) (3) tax- exempt non-profit organization in the U.S. Our mission is to provide health and wellness services to the less privileged.

We have expanded our charitable services to Nigeria, West Africa at this time due to the immense need in the country. We provide various charitable services such as  free health education and screenings, food, water, provisions, clothing, foot wears, hygiene products, health supplies, school supplies and many other things, as we deem fit, to individuals, groups of people, and    small organizations.
